Award-winning accounting and advisory firm Prosperity Advisers Group has launched a new division, Prosperity People Solutions, dedicated to helping businesses attract, develop and retain the right people.
The launch marks a deliberate expansion of the firm's advisory offering into the people and talent space, an area Prosperity says its clients have consistently needed support with as they grow, recruit and manage their teams.
Prosperity People Solutions provides specialist support across recruitment, HR consulting, outsourced talent acquisition and workforce strategy, while also helping businesses manage payroll, HR systems and compliance requirements.
The division is led by newly appointed Director Dominic Roberts, a recruitment and workforce specialist with almost 25 years of experience working with business owners and senior leaders across a wide range of sectors.

Mr McKeown said the appointment of Dominic Roberts to lead the division was central to the offer.
